Deacon Moulds & Smith is a law firm concentrating in civil trial and criminal defense. Founded in 1999, we are an AV* rated firm that has earned a reputation for effective and efficient representation.
Our attorneys have more than 80 years of combined legal experience. Collectively, the lawyers of our firm have conducted more than 300 civil and criminal jury trials.
Our firm consists of trial attorneys, nurses, paralegals and a helpful support staff. Working together, our attorneys and experienced support professionals have achieved effective results in a wide range of civil litigation and criminal defense cases.
Our Areas of Concentration
In our civil trial practice, we represent insurance companies, health care providers, the insured and self insured defendants involved in civil litigation. Our insurance defense practice is wide ranging in scope and includes motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home, product liability and other personal injury litigation. We serve the needs of businesses in civil litigation as well, providing counsel in matters such as contract disputes and partnership disputes.
In our administrative law practice, we help professionals protect their license and defend against allegations of wrongful conduct. Professionals we represent include doctors, lawyers, dentists, and health care providers.
In our criminal defense practice, we offer experienced and dedicated representation. Three of the attorneys at our firm are former prosecutors. Our criminal defense attorneys have collectively handled thousands of criminal cases, including misdemeanor and felony charges in state and federal courts. We are able to represent juveniles and adults in all criminal matters from speeding tickets to murder charges.
